On June 19th four young ladies from UCDC competed in the 2010 Miss American Clogger Pageant. The pageant was held in Gastonia, NC at Forest View High School. The competition was a three day event including; interview, talent, and evening gown. We are so proud of our UCDC girls and their accomplishments. The following are the results: Carley Scruggs won 2nd runner up, Overall Evening Gown, Best Talent Costume, & Photogenic Winner. Baylie Weeks won 4th runner up & costume party winner. Caroline Wilson won Miss American Clogger Princess & Overall Interview Winner. Leslie Adams won Senior Miss American Clogger, Talent, Talent Costume, Overall Essay, Interview Winner, and Miss Congeniality. Congratulations girls on a job well done.
